31/3/10: Anger Management for Wellbeing. David Cliff shared with the Happiness and Wellbeing Group in South Tyneside the Gedanken Anger Management model and its value in Positive Mental Health. The meeting, attended by community members, local GPs and PCT representatives heard the value of positive expressions of anger and in human and social and relational processes.
